Appearance: A tall man with long black hair and brown eyes, wears a light leather suit with a even lighter shirt and various weights under neath. has a one handed sword attached to a sheath at his hip.

History: Maalik was a country boy living far from any major town or village. his father was a swordsmen that protected the cottage they lived in, and as such, taught his son his art at a young age of 6. at the age of 14 maalik moved away to hone his skills with the sword,leaving his family behind. after a year of traveling he returned home to find his family killed by bandits. maalik tracked the bandits down, taking months to do so, when he found the bandits he, in short, got his butt handed to him and was put into slavery, though all was not sad. after a month of being a slave he meet a small, dark imp like demon girl who was also a slave, named machika. the girl who had been bound by a magically necklace to keep her from escaping, made a relation ship with maalik as they were together a lot inbetween jobs (kept in same cell) one day after being slaves for 1 full year, the boy figured out a way to free the small girl, over hearing a spell from her master, he used it on the necklace, cutting the bound. The girl bursted into shadows and were the girl thanked him as they returned to the normal world, having teleported out of the cell. they were now free, and friends for life.

*Extra: after being freed, he used machika's pocket dimension to train his skills as a swordsmen, it helped tremendously
